I have been a staff governor from 2013-2018. I still now attend the governors meetings as an associate governor. I have had many roles in my time at Loughton School; I’ve been a class teacher and a year leader before joining the senior team as an Assistant Headteacher in 2016. In 2019 I was proud to become Acting Deputy Headteacher for Loughton School. I will lead on the curriculum but I will continue to oversee the provision we give to our pupil premium children. Alongside my leadership role, I still have a teaching commitment.
I am excited to be getting married in August 2020. I love to travel and explore new places but I especially like to go to Cornwall to visit my Mum, Dad and sister because they live right by the seaside. I also have a lovely cat called Oscar who comes on my Cornwall holidays with me!
