‘Small Change, Big Difference’ - Haiti Appeal
As a school we wanted to do our bit to help the people of Haiti following the devastating earthquake. In our assemblies last week we explained to the children that every little counts and that together we can make a difference. We asked the children to collect together any small change from home and to bring this to school by Friday 29 January. The money was collected in buckets as the children come into assembly.
We are very proud to announce that the children’s donations came to £601.14 this will now be sent to the Haiti appeal from all of us at Loughton School.
Thank you for all your kind donations.
