Easter cracked
On Tuesday and Wednesday of the last week of term, year 5 children had the opportunity to attend the Loughton Baptist church for an Easter experience.

On Tuesday and Wednesday of the last week of term, year 5 children had the opportunity to attend the Loughton Baptist church for an Easter experience.
Today, year 5 welcomed staff from the Hazard Alley safety centre into school.
On Thursday 5th January the year 5 children and various staff members took a voyage to the Discovery Centre in Bradwell Abbey for an immersive Viking experience day.
Today, year 5 had a great time taking part in a percussion workshop.
The children loved the plastic talk provided by Sandra from the Milton Keynes City Council who was very well informed about not just Milton Keynes' recycling processes but the global impact of plastic pollution. All questions were considered, the children have fed back that they felt heard and that they were given valid answers.
The children in school this week, enjoyed a very different timetable, learning all about Japan. From using an atlas to find out where in the world Japan is located to making a traditional Koi carp windsock, lots of fun was had by all! Anime and Manga style drawing were enjoyed by many and we were impressed with the children’s quick grasp of Haikus.
