Year 6 have been working hard all week on their production, Who's Your Mummy? This week’s rehearsals included the use of the props that were made last week, along with lighting and backdrops to bring the performance to life.

To complete their maths project all about baking, the children created their own cupcake boxes. Using their design templates, they drew out nets on cardboard and decorated the finished boxes creatively.

On Thursday morning, the children worked in groups of six to bake their cupcakes. Once cooled, they had great fun decorating them with icing and sprinkles – they looked absolutely delicious!

On Friday afternoon, it was wonderful to see our young musicians performing at the Loughton Music Festival. Well done to all the children who took part – you made us proud!
