Celebrating Odd Socks Day in Year 4!

On Monday, our Year 4 children helped kick off Anti-Bullying Week in true Loughton style by proudly wearing their odd socks!
The classrooms were bursting with colour, creativity, and lots of laughter as pupils showed off their wacky combinations. From stripy and spotty to glittery and bright, no two socks were the same — and that was exactly the point!
Odd Socks Day is a fun reminder that we are all unique and that our differences should be celebrated. The children really embraced the message, showing great empathy and understanding throughout the day.
Thank you to all our parents for helping the children join in so enthusiastically. It was such a joyful and meaningful start to Anti-Bullying Week and we can’t wait to continue spreading the message that being different is something to be proud of!
