What an amazing set of dancers we have in year 4! 

On Monday of this week, year 4 participated in an Indian dance workshop in the school hall.  Rebecca, the creative dance teacher, taught each class choreography for Indian dance and explained the names and meanings of different hand gestures within the dances. We listened to some traditional Indian music and then Rebecca taught us the moves to music. Each class learnt a class dance and then, at the end of the day, the children performed their dances for the rest of year 4. The children performed excellently and enjoyed showing, the rest of the year group, their dances.
