The year 4s and 5s were treated to a wonderful concert from our year 4 & 5 violinists, who learn with peripatetic teacher Helen Day on Tuesdays.
The year 4 team had an amazing time this week learning how to programme drones.
The children made a range of dishes throughout the morning which they then enjoyed tasting this afternoon.
The year 4 children had an amazing day yesterday learning about Hinduism as part of our India theme this term.
All the children in year 4 have had a fun-filled afternoon making pizzas as part of their learning about Italy.
On Friday 5th of November year 4 took part in a Roman battle. Year 4 were split into two groups, HB5 and HB7 were Celts. HB6 and HB8 were Romans. Before the big day the year 4 had to make shields and swords.
Year 4 have had a brilliant couple of days at Bradwell Abbey this week.
We have been thrilled to see the children’s projects coming in and are looking forward to displaying them for the whole year group to see on Tuesday. The children have been fascinated by the different examples, the detail and hard work which has gone into them all. Thank you for your support and well done to all the children for your enthusiasm.
This week, year 4 had a fantastic welcome back, after the summer break, by taking part in an outdoor adventurous activity day, better known as OAA day
