A child from each class spent Friday afternoon having a science enrichment afternoon.
Yesterday we had our first maths enrichment activity with some of the children across the school. We looked at the displacement of fluid.

On Friday 14 July we hosted the last of this year's star awards for Summer 2! This was to celebrate those children who have consistently demonstrated one of our 5 star values throughout the half-term: resilient, respectful, creative, independent or inspiring.
In the spring term, the Year 4 children learned about Indian music, musical instruments and dance and they have worked very hard learning the choreography for a ‘Bollywood’ styled dance routine
On Wednesday and Thursday of this week, witches and wizards, professors, house elves and 'You Know Who' filled the classrooms of Loughton School!
Today HB2 came face to face with their bench at the Tower of London on a special VIP visit.
On Monday 19 June, 28 brave children performed a piece of music on their chosen instrument at the Ridgeway centre in front of an audience of over 100 people.
The cast of Annie put on the final show after around 20 hours of rehearsals. They went on an exceptional journey learning performance skills and all about the stage such as standing in the light, facing the audience, making and utilising their props to enhance the performance and how to take direction.
