Latest information:

Year 3 and 4 will complete their fun run between 9 am and 10.15 am.  Year 5 and 6 will complete their fun run between 10.30 am and 12 pm.  All family members are welcome to take part in the event with their child or just come and support.  The children will need to come to school in normal school uniform and get changed into their PE kit.  Please make sure the children have their normal school shoes and trainers with them.  It is likely that the field will be muddy, so a plastic bag to put their trainers in after the event would be a good idea too.

On the morning, we would ask that family members report to the main office where you will be issued a sticker.  Anyone who is not wearing a sticker on the field will be challenged as part of our safeguarding procedures. 

During the event there will be refreshments for family members to buy.  There will also be a ‘pre-loved uniform’ stall set up next to the refreshments.  Please bring small change with you to purchase items from either stall.

We ask that you complete the sponsor form as a family, but do not return the money you have collected until after the Easter holidays.  When sending the money into school, we would ask that it is sent in an envelope with the child’s name and HB on the front.  It will need to be given to the class teacher who will then pass it on.

If anyone can help run the refreshments stall during the event or the tuck shop after the event then please contact Mrs Green on greenr@loughton.milton-keynes.sch.uk so a rota can be put together.
