First week of the summer term
This week, we would like to start by once again celebrating our amazing writers from year 6 who got a huge shout out in this week's writing celebration assembly. Their work from the spring term showed attention to detail and the creativity we have come to expect from this year group. Well done to Harun, Maisie, Tevin and Georgie, whose work can be seen in our writing corridor.
The whole year group have now had their first taste of the music they will be performing in this year's production and have had a go at singing the songs in their music lessons. The musical "Pantastic" is based on the story of Peter Pan and it’s an adventure like no other as he whisks the intrepid Darling children off to the fantastical world of Neverland. It’s a world of Lost Boys and villainous pirates, fearsome natives and enchanting fairies. And boy do they fight!
We can't wait to get started with auditions and casting as soon as the SATs tests are over and will be performing to audiences in the week of the 8th July.
