We believe that school uniform plays an important part in our success as a school. It helps newcomers feel that they belong from the very beginning and means that no one feels singled out by their dress. We feel that setting a smart standard of dress encourages high standards of work and behaviour. It also reduces peer-group pressure to conform to the latest fashion trends.
Children wear dark green cardigans, sweatshirts or fleeces with the school logo in yellow; white polo shirts and black or grey skirts or trousers.
In Summer, they can also wear uniform shorts, or green and white striped or checked dresses, with black shoes.
Our Uniform Poster shows the various options.
Loughton School uniform can be purchased from Maisie's in Wolverton.
The PE t-shirts are changing from green to white, but that doesn’t mean that you can’t wear your green one if you already have one. There is a lot more to choose from at Maisie's and hopefully you will find everything you need there.
The Friends of Loughton have set up an account with Stikins who make name labels for children's clothing and personal items. If you click the banner below and place an order, not only will you get some great labels but you will also be helping to raise funds for Loughton School.
