Celebrating Our Year 4 Writing Stars

This morning, year 4 came together for our first Writing Celebration Assembly of the year, giving us the chance to recognise some of the fantastic writing produced so far this term.

As part of their history learning, the children have been researching the Celts and using their knowledge to create informative and engaging Celtic Fact Files. We were delighted to showcase the work of four children whose writing stood out for its quality, effort and attention to detail.

Our chosen writers demonstrated a range of skills, including ambitious vocabulary, clear organisation, strong presentation and accurate use of key grammar and punctuation features such as parenthesis and question marks. Their work reflected the pride and determination they showed throughout the writing process.

Our Writing Stars this half-term are:

    HB8: Baylee-Rose
    HB7: Aadam
    HB6: Charlie
    HB5: Leo

A huge congratulations to our writers and well done to all of Year 4 for the enthusiasm and effort they have put into their writing this term. We are already looking forward to seeing what brilliant pieces of writing will be celebrated at our next assembly!
