      Year 3 and year 4 had two very different but equally as exciting DT days this week. Year 3 have been creating and sewing animal sock puppets linked to their amazing animals theme whereas year 4 have been making pizzas linked to their theme of Italy.

    • Traffic observations outside Loughton School

      We have notified parents several times this half term about the inconsiderate parking outside school during drop off and pick up times.

      On Thursday afternoon our senior leadership team met with our local PCSO and four traffic wardens to discuss these traffic issues and, as they were leaving, we observed together the absolute chaos which unfolded.

      In our creative writing sessions on Tuesday lunchtimes, we have been reading excerpts from "Our Castle by the Sea" by Lucy Strange. The book tells the story of Pet, who is living in a lighthouse with her family at the start of the Second World War.
